Shipping Conditions

Shipping costs

  • Delivery outside of Germany is 14,49 Euro (incl. VAT). 

International shipping is FREE for coffee orders from 3kg

  • Delivery within Germany is 5,49 Euro (incl. VAT). 

National shipping is FREE for coffee orders from 1kg.


If you would like to place a large quantity order or do not live in any of the countries we are currently shipping to, then please write us a Mail: info@amate.de and we will figure out how we can get our coffee to you.


Shipping time

We are sending each order with DHL. 

  • DHL should deliver your package within 6-8 days outside of Germany. 
  • DHL should deliver your package within 3-4 days within Germany.

If you order during the weekend or on a public holiday we will send your order the next working day. 

All our products are available as long as it is not indicated differently on our product page. If we encounter any problems with the delivery of your order, we will contact you immediately and promise to do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible.


Tracking

You will receive a tracking code, which enables you to track your order on the DHL website.
